Abstract
Magistrsko delo z naslovom Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih z izvedbo rednih letnih razgovorov v podjetju Elektro Gorenjska je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in raziskovalnega dela. Teoretični del se osredotoča na opredelitev pojma razvoj kadrov, redni letni razgovor, namen in cilj razgovora ter prednosti le-teh. Največji poudarek je namenjen poglavju o dejavnostih priprave in izvedbe rednih letnih razgovorov, v katerem so podrobno predstavljeni: organizacija izvedbe rednih letnih razgovorov, sama priprava na redni letni razgovor, vsebina razgovora ter počutje in dejavnosti neposredno po opravljenem razgovoru.

The thesis Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih z izvedbo rednih letnih razgovorov v podjetju Elektro Gorenjska (Satisfaction of Employees with Regular Annual Interviews in Elektro Gorenjska) comprises a theoretical and research part. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of human resource development, regular annual interview, the purpose and objective of the interview and its advantages. The main emphasis is put on the chapter regarding activities for preparation and carrying out of annual interviews; this chapter describes in detail the organisation of annual interviews, preparations for the interview, contents of the interview as well as the feelings and activities directly following the interview. |
