Abstract

Organizacija se razvija in raste predvsem z vlaganjem v svoje zaposlene tako, da jih motivira in jim omogoča različne oblike in vsebine izobraževanj v skladu s svojimi možnostmi. S pomočjo strokovne literature smo v prvem delu diplomske naloge predstavili osnovne pojme v procesu izobraževanja, posebnosti odraslih v izobraževalnem procesu, metode in oblike izobraževanja in motiviranje za izobraževanje. V drugem delu smo predstavili organizacijo, Veterinarsko fakulteto Univerze v Ljubljani. Povzeli smo zgodovino nastanka organizacije in predstavili njeno dejavnost, organizacijsko in kadrovsko strukturo. V raziskovalnem delu diplomske naloge smo s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika raziskali organizacijo izobraževanja na Veterinarski fakulteti. Ugotovili smo visoko stopnjo motiviranosti zaposlenih za dodatna izobraževanja. Po mnenju zaposlenih sta, za kakovostno opravljanje dela, profesionalni in osebnostni razvoj enako pomembna. Prav tako so anketiranci zelo naklonjeni medsebojnemu posredovanju znanja. Organizacija sama pa bo lahko, s posodobitvijo svojega odnosa do izobraževanja zaposlenih in posodobitvijo organizacije izobraževanja, gradila in razvijala kakovostno organizacijsko kulturo, ki bo stimulativno okolje za izobraževanje zaposlenih

Secondary abstract: An organisation develops and grows mainly due to investments into its own employees, beeing able to motivate and provide them various forms and subjects of education in accordance with its possibilities. In the first part of the diplome work we introduce, with the help of professional literature, basic terms concerning the process of education, speciallities when adult subjects enter into the process of education, methods and forms of education, as well as how to motivate the employees to take part in various forms and subjects of education. In the second part of the diplome work we presented the organisation itself, the Veterinary faculty University of Ljubljana. We summarized the history of its formation and we presented its main activities. Further on we also described the organisational and the present staff structure. In the research part of the diplome work we used a questionnaire and investigated the organisation of education at the Veterinary faculty. We established that the employees are highly motivated to participate in various fields of education. The employees believe that personal and professional growth are equally important to perform working tasks with quality. They are also very inclined to participate in mutual sharing of knowledge. The organisation itself will so be able to modernise its attitude towards the educational process and practise that its emlpyees are willing to take part in. The modernisation of the present educational organisation will enable and develop the organisatinal culture, which will provide the stimulative environment for the education of its staff
