Abstract

Teoretična izhodišča: Nosečnost je čas pričakovanja novega bitja in v tem času v telesu ženske potekajo spremembe in prilagoditve. Da bi nosečnost potekala brez zapletov in težav, je potrebno, da se nosečnica zdravo prehranjuje, se ukvarja s primerno telesno aktivnostjo ter da se izogiba kajenju in uživanju alkohola. Za vse te nasvete, spremljanje, dajanje nasvetov in informacij nosečnici je odgovorna in kompetentna prav medicinska sestra, ki začne z zdravstveno-vzgojnim svetovanjem. Namen: Je opisati in predstaviti zdravstveno vzgojo nosečnice, zdrav življenjski slog v nosečnosti ter vlogo in naloge medicinske sestre pri zdravstveno- vzgojnem svetovanju. Z raziskavo pa želimo ugotoviti način življenja in osveščenost nosečnic o zdravem načinu življenja v nosečnosti. Metode: Raziskava je temeljila na kvantitativni metodologiji. Za zbiranje podatkov smo uporabili anketni vprašalnik, ki je vseboval 19 vprašanj zaprtega, polodprtega in odprtega tipa. Odgovore na vprašanja polodprtega in odprtega tipa smo analizirali na podlagi vsebinske analize. Pri zbiranju podatkov smo upoštevali anonimnost anketirank. Raziskavo smo izvedli pri naključno izbranih nosečnicah na območju Ormoža, Ljutomera in Ptuja z okolico. Rezultati in diskusija: Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da so skoraj vse (94 %) nosečnice telesno aktivne. Iz raziskave je razvidno, da se nosečnice ukvarjajo s hojo, tekom, plavanjem, aerobiko, jogo, badmintonom, kolesarjenjem, zumbo in planinarjenjem. Analiza rezultatov je tudi pokazala, da so nosečnice seznanjene z zdravo prehrano v času nosečnosti, da ima večina nosečnic redne dnevne obroke ter da uživajo sadje in zelenjavo. Glede na primerjavo rezultatov nosečnic z višjo in nižjo izobrazbo je razvidno, da so nosečnice z višjo izobrazbo bolje seznanjene s posledicami kajenja in uživanja alkohola, kot nosečnice z nižjo izobrazbo.

Secondary abstract: Theoretical premises: Pregnancy is a time of expectation of a new being and during this period a woman's body undergoes many changes and adaptations. In order to prevent problems and complications during pregnancy, it is important for pregnant woman to eat healthy, to engage in appropriate physical activity, to avoid smoking and alcohol consumption. A nurse, in fact, is responsible and competent for all these tips, monitoring, providing advice and information to pregnant women. She begins with the health education counseling. Purpose: To describe and present health education of pregnant women, healthy lifestyle during pregnancy, and the role and duties of a nurse in health education counseling. With this research we want to identify the way of life as well as awareness of pregnant women on healthy lifestyle during pregnancy. Methods: The study was based on a quantitative methodology. For collection of data, we used a questionnaire containing 19 closed-ended, semi-open and open-ended type questions. Answers to the semi-open and open-ended type questions were analyzed based on content analysis. When collecting data, we considered the anonymity of respondents. The research was implemented on randomly selected pregnant women in the area of Ormož, Ljutomer and Ptuj with its surroundings. Results and Discussion: The results of the research showed that almost all (94 %) pregnant women are physically active. The study shows that pregnant women are engaged in walking, running, swimming, aerobics, yoga, badminton, cycling, zumba and hiking. Analysis of the results showed that pregnant women are informed about healthy nutrition during pregnancy, most of the pregnant women have regular daily meals and they consume fruits and vegetables. According to the comparison of the results of pregnant women with higher and lower education, it is clear that pregnant women with higher education are more aware of the consequences of smoking and alcohol consumption during pregnancy than those with lower education.
