Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljeno dimenzioniranje električnega vlačilca za lahka športna
letala. Vlačilec je namenjen za obratovanje v okviru vnaprej predpisanih tehničnih omejitev,
vezanih na velikost in maso letal. V prvem delu diplomske naloge so predstavljeni ti okvirji,
predvidene obremenitve, pogoji uporabe in zahteve za dimenzioniranje. Temu sledi
dimenzioniranje pogonskega sklopa naprave. Za tem je na vrsti konstruiranje same naprave na
podlagi teh zahtev s pomočjo CAD programske opreme. Poseben poudarek pri konstruiranju
je bil dan na izbiro samih elementov, saj je vlačilec je v veliki meri sestavljen iz standardnih
in lahko dobavljivih komponent, kar ima seveda velik vpliv na ceno in hitrost izdelave same
naprave. Rezultat diplomskega dela je podrobno izdelan načrt za izdelavo učinkovitega
električnega vlačilca, primernega tudi za delovanje v zaprtih prostorih.

Secondary abstract: |
The thesis is about the design and construction of electric aircraft tug for light general aviation
aircraft. The tug is meant to be operated within some constraints concerning the size and
weight of aircraft towed. In the first part of this work, there are some basics about existing
aircraft tugs, the physics of airplane towing, expected working conditions, expected
performance etc. Next part is designing of the drive train. Following that, the virtual model of
the tug is created with the help of CAD software. One of the main goals of the construction
was the use of standard and easily available parts, resulting in lower price and faster
fabrication of the device. The end result of this thesis is a detailed plan for construction of
efficient electric aircraft tug, suited for indoor and outdoor use. |
