Abstract

Namen diplomske naloge je bilo izdelati nov transportni voziček, katerega naloga je prevažanje rešetk iz ene kadi v drugo pri postopku kromanja na oddelku Galvana v podjetju Gorenje d.d.. Pri izdelavi novega transportnega vozička je bilo potrebno spremeniti konstrukcijo, ter izbrati nov material, ki se bo upiral koroziji agresivnega medija H2SO4. Obstoječi transportni voziček, se kljub rednemu vzdrževanju ni mogel upirati agresivnemu okolju in je s tem povzročal vsakoletne stroške. Voziček poganja elektromotor, ki je vezan v krmilno omaro celotnega procesa, na vozičku pa so tudi zaradi varnosti stikala za takojšnji izklop. Za izdelavo novega vozička je bilo potrebno najprej planirati zaustavitev linije, zaradi izdelave novih načrtov, ki so bili potrebni pri modeliranju. Glede na prisotnost kisline H2SO4 je bila izmed razpoložljivih materialov izbrana nerjaveča pločevina AISI 904L, katera je ustrezala predvidenim zahtevam, s spremembo konstrukcije pa hkrati tudi omogoča daljšo življenjsko dobo materiala. Rezultat diplomske naloge je preprečitev porušitve konstrukcije obstoječega vozička zaradi preventivnega ukrepanja, tako da smo izdelali nov boljši transportni voziček z upoštevanjem vseh varnostnih standardov. Z izbiro novega materiala pa smo zmanjšali stroške in čas vzdrževanja.

Secondary abstract: The purpose of this diploma work, is to make a new manipulation trolley for transporting lattices from one tub to another in a chroming process of a galvanisation section in the company Gorenje d.d. When manufacturing a new cart, design changes had to be made, and new material that can resist aggressive H2SO4 medium had to be chosen. Existing movement trolley, despite regular maintenance couldn't substand aggressive environment, and was thereby causing annual costs. The trolley is driven by an electric motor, connected to a whole process regulation. It also includes safety switches for immediate shutdown. To manufacture a new trolley, first a whole production line shutdown had to be planed, because of making new plans necessary for 3D modelling. Regarding to presence of H2SO4 acid, among the available materials stainless steel AISI 904L was chosen, because it corresponded to anticipated demands. With a construction redesign it also enables longer lifetime of a material. The result of this diploma work is preventing a collapse of the existing cart due to proper action, by making a new and improved cart in compliance with all safety standards. With a new material selection we also reduced costs and maintenance time.
