Abstract

V tej diplomski nalogi se seznanimo z jekli različnih kvalitet in njihovimi kemičnimi sestavami ter mehanskimi lastnostmi. Pomembna lastnost jekel je sposobnost varjenja, zato so navedeni dejavniki, ki vplivajo na spajanje oz. varjenje jekel. Opisan je postopek varjenja jekel različnih kvalitet ter ustrezna izbira dodajnega materiala. Diplomska naloga je v veliki meri posvečena visokotrdnostnim mikrolegiranim konstrukcijskim jeklom ter njihovim legirnim elementom. Podrobno je opisan vpliv posameznega legirnega elementa na lastnosti jekel. Celotna dvižna roka je varjena s postopkom MAG, zato je poseben poudarek posvečen temu varilnemu postopku. MAG postopek je eden izmed postopkov varjenja v zaščiti aktivnega plina in aktivnih plinskih mešanic. Obravnavana je tudi o hladna pokljivost zvarov.

Secondary title: Production of a machine component made of different steels
Secondary abstract: In this diploma paper we get some knowledge about steels of different qualities, their chemical compositions and mechanical properties. Important property of steels is weldability, that is an ability to weld, and that is why there are mentioned some factors which have an influence on welding of steels. There is also described a procedure of welding steels of different qualities and the proper choice of additional material. A lot of this diploma paper is about high-strength micro-alloyed construction steels and theirs alloying elements. In details are described influences of each alloying element on properties of steels. The whole lift arm is welded with procedure MAG, that is why there is described only this welding procedure. MAG procedure is about welding in the protection of active gas or active gas mixtures. Cold cracking of weld joints is described too.
