Načrtovanje proizvodnje po naročilu v podjetju Tehcenter Ptuj

Abstract

Načrtovanje proizvodnje pomeni povezavo med konstrukcijo in proizvodnjo ter posledično tudi montažo, saj predpisuje, kako bo izdelek narejen. Hkrati odloča o učinkovitosti v proizvodnem obratu in proizvodnih stroških. V podjetju Tehcenter Ptuj je največ težav prav z učinkovitostjo v proizvodnem obratu oziroma z doseganjem zastavljenih terminskih planov. V diplomski nalogi bomo na podlagi lastnega projekta preučili, kako bi lahko dosegli večjo učinkovitost pri doseganju terminskega plana s spremljanjem pretočnega časa izdelka v proizvodnji. Z opazovanjem proizvodnje izdelka smo ugotovili, da je ozko grlo strojna obdelava izdelka, in kot rešitev vidimo predvsem uvedbo terminskega plana za strojno obdelavo oziroma uveljavitev programa Perftech.Largo.

Secondary abstract:	Production planing represents a connection between construction, production, and consequently montage, because it prescribes, how the product will be made. At Tehcenter Ptuj, most of the problems occur namely with productivity in the production facility, or with achieving the schedule. In my thesis, I will examine possibilities, how to achieve more efficiency with the achieving of schedule, on the basis of monitoring the flow time, during the production. By observing the production of the product, I came to a conclusion, that the bottleneck in our company is caused by the way of machining. As a possible sollution of this problem, I would suggest the introduction of a machining schedule, that is introduction of the Perftech.Largo software.
