Abstract

Diplomsko delo zajema konstruiranje naprave za prenos aluminijastih kolutov. Prikazan je postopek dimenzioniranja strojnih elementov, kateri sestavljajo napravo. Na podlagi zahtevnika so izbrani takšni elementi naprave, ki se dajo vgraditi na že obstoječ sistem in s svojo postavitvijo čim manj izstopajo iz delovnega okolja. Prikazana naprava je varna, lahko vodljiva in enostavna za vzdrževanje. Za napravo je izdelana tehniška dokumentacija in kalkulacija lastne cene, ter navodila za uporabo in vzdrževanje.

Secondary title: Design of device for transfer of aluminium coils
Secondary abstract: This work shows some of the main chapters when designing the device for carrying aluminium coils. In the work there is shown procedure for defining right dimensional properties for an individual construction part which are in the assembly. The general information are given in technical specification list by which are parts are defined, parts must be able to fit on an current assembly, the transition between old and new platform must levelled as possible. Shown device is safe, easy to control and easy to maintain. For the device there is also included required technical documentation, calculation of costs and instructions for use and maintenance.
