Abstract

Okoljsko onesnaženje in visoke cene goriv nas vodijo do učinkovite rabe biomase ter uporabe ostalih alternativnih virov energije, ki so okolju prijazni. Ena vrsta energenta je odpadni les in les slabše kvalitete, s posebnim postopkom zmlet na različne granulacije, ki ga imenujemo lesni sekanci. Iz teh razlogov se gradnja kotlov za ogrevanje stanovanjskih hiš in večjih objektov nagiba v smer učinkovite rabe lesnih sekancev. Cilj kotlov je popolna avtomatizacija kurilnega procesa, v večini primerov pa tudi avtomatizirano čiščenje vseh delov, ki so v stiku z pepelom in ostalimi produkti, ki nastajajo pri gorenju omenjenega goriva. Za razvoj tako dovršenega proizvoda, kot je ta kotel na lesne sekance, je nujno potrebno računalniško konstruiranje z CAD programom, ki nam pri delu omogoča predvidevanje kompletne izdelave ter delovanja kotla. Diplomsko delo predstavlja potek računalniškega konstruiranja proizvoda, izdelavo delov, ki sestavljajo proizvod, ter testiranje posameznih sklopov in celotne naprave.

Secondary title: The development and production of wood-chips boiler
Secondary abstract: The environmental pollution and high prices of fuels result in efficient use of the biomass and other alternative energy sources that are environmentally friendly. One of the energy sources is waste wood and lower quality wood which is grounded to the different granulations known as wood chips using a special process. From that reason the development of the boilers for the household use and for use in bigger buildings tend to efficient use of wood chips. The final result is absolute automatisation of the construction process as well as cleaning automatisation of all boiler parts being in the contact with the ash and other products of the combustion. To develop such a sophisticated product as wood chips boiler CAD programming was necessary during the construction. This allows us to anticipate the complete boiler production and operation. In the diploma work the course of boiler construction, production of basic elements and testing of components and the whole device is presented.
