Vloga malih in srednje velikih podjetij pri razvoju slovenskega gospodarstva

Abstract

V diplomskem delu z naslovom Vloga malih in srednje velikih podjetij pri razvoju slovenskega gospodarstva so obravnavane gospodarske družbe, še posebej MSP. Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti razvoj in vlogo MSP v slovenskem gospodarstvu po osamosvojitvi. Država je veliko pozornosti in podpore namenila velikim gospodarskim družbam. Zaradi neustrezne gospodarske politike so propadla mnoga velika podjetja, kar je povzročilo množico brezposelnih. Na podlagi samozaposlitev je nastalo veliko malih podjetij, ki so bolj prilagodljiva in se lažje prilagajajo razmeram na trgu. Mala podjetja hitreje uvajajo inovativne rešitve, nove proizvode in tehnologije. Medtem ko evropsko gospodarstvo že tradicionalno temelji na dobro razvitih malih in srednjih podjetjih, se v Sloveniji razmere izboljšujejo v času tranzicije in po vključitvi v Evropsko unijo. Število MSP se neprestano povečuje in zaposlujejo vedno več ljudi. Ustvarjajo sorazmerno velik delež dodane vrednosti in njihova bruto plača se povečuje. V času gospodarske krize so MSP pomemben dejavnik za izhod iz nje. Takšno je tudi podjetje Hidro, d. o. o., ki se neprestano širi in išče nove tržne priložnosti doma in v tujini.

Secondary abstract:	In the following diploma entitled The role of small and medium enterprises in the development of the Slovenian economy we are discussing enterprises, especially SMEs. The purpose of the diploma is to present the development and the role of SMEs in the Slovenian economy after independence. The country has given a lot of attention and support to large companies. Due to inappropriate economic policies many large companies decayed, resulting in a multitude of unemployed. Based on the self-employment many small companies were established, which are more flexible and easier to adapt to market conditions. Small companies introduce innovative solutions, new products and technology more rapidly. While the European economy has traditionally been based on well-developed small and medium-sized enterprises, in Slovenia the situation is improving during the transition and after the accession to the European Union. The number of SMEs is constantly growing and employing more people. They generate relatively large share of added value and their gross salary increases. In times of economic crisis, SMEs are an important factor for way out of it. Such is the company Hidro, Ltd., which is constantly expanding and looking for new market opportunities at home and abroad.
