Abstract

V prvih štirih poglavjih diplomskega dela so opisani pomnilniki, in sicer bliskovni, optični in magnetni pomnilniki. Posebej podrobno so opisani bliskovni pomnilniki, ne katere se nanaša programski del diplomskega dela. Programski del je namenjen predstavitvi javanskega programa, ki prikazuje delovanje bliskovnega pomnilnika. Zapisana je tudi koda in priloženih je nekaj slik programa.

Secondary abstract:	In the first four chepters of the diploma thesis computer memory is described: flash memory, optical memory and magnetic memory. Flash memory is described in more detail and it is a base for practical part of the diploma thesis. In the practical part the Java program that demonstrate the working of flash memory is described.
