Abstract

V diplomskem delu je strnjeno predstavljen osnovnošolski sistem vse od srednjega veka do danes. Razvoj šolstva je opisan po posameznih obdobjih, predstavljene so najpomembnejše značilnosti. Namen diplomskega dela je prikazati spreminjanje sistema osnovnega šolstva, predvsem na področju podajanja snovi učencem, ocenjevanja, preverjanja in zaključka le-teh. Glavni cilj je podati razlike med osemletko, ki je bila v veljavi do leta 2008, in zdajšnjo devetletko ter kakšno vlogo je imela materinščina skozi čas. Naloga bralcu omogoča kronološki pregled sistemov slovenskega osnovnega šolstva v različnih obdobjih, primerjanje med njimi in boljšo predstavo o spreminjanju sistemov skozi dolgo obdobje šolstva na Slovenskem. V diplomskem delu je uporabljena deskriptivna metoda, s katero je opisan teoretični del obravnavane teme, za primerjavo osnovnošolskih sistemov in odkrivanje razlik med njimi je uporabljena komparativna metoda, za opis zgodovinskih dejstev zgodovinska metoda ter metoda analize in sinteze, ki je uporabljena pri analizi učnih načrtov.

Secondary abstract: In the following diploma a school system is presented from medieval times till today. The development of school system is described in individual periods, the most important characteristics are presented. The purpose of diploma is to show the changing of the educational system in primary schools, especially how new topics are presented to students and how students are graded and evaluated today. The main purpose is to emphaze the differences between the 8-year schooling (abolished in 2008) and the 9-year schooling and the role of a mother tongue as a school subject. The following paper enables the reader to see the school systems in primary schools in Slovenia in chronological order, in different times and to see comparisons between them. The descriptive method is used to describe the theoretical part of the topic, the comparative method was used to compare primary school systems and to discover the differences between them as well as the history method and the method of analysis and sinthesis to describe the history facts.
