diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih sistemov
Abstract
Drugi del naloge je empirični oziroma raziskovalni, v katerem so prikazani rezultati anket o učnih navadah študentov visokošolskega študija v Sloveniji.

Secondary abstract: |
The thesis of the study habits of students in higher education studies consists of two parts.
The first part is the theory, which describes the concepts of learning, education and motivation to learn. We briefly described the influence of various factors on learning and witch learning habits are the most suitable.
The second part of the paper is an empirical or research, which shows the results of surveys on learning habits of students in higher education in Slovenia. With this research, we determine which learning habits are the most common among students, and what are the differences between different groups of students. We discovered what are the differences between regular and part-time students during the time of learning, whether there is a statistically significant association between the elements of the way of learning and learning time, and how different are learning habits between men and women. |
