Secondary abstract:	The thesis describes a project organization of the construction site and building technology with an emphasis on formworks. For both topics under consideration, the theoretical basis is firstly presented, followed by a case study. After the introduction, the second chapter describes the case study - residential neighborhood from which I collected the required data and information. Further, the contents, norms and recommendations for the project organization of the construction site preparation are presented and applied for the case under consideration. The formwork technology for the foundations, walls and plates is presented. Different norms for formworks are presented and compared. The comparisons of norms, that are available in the literature and my own measurements show that the actual productivity on the construction site is lower than the values obained in the literature. Several different factors contribute to this observation, such as workers' skills, the complexity of construction design, the continuity of the technological process, the selection of formworks system, etc.
