Secondary title: Past and present eating habits at the Elementary school Vrhovci
Secondary abstract: In the introduction, I defined the problem and work purposes. Below I describe the diet and eating habits in past and in present times and the main characteristics and differences between the two periods. The purpose of the thesis was to investigate past and present eating habits of children at elementary school Vrhovci. The survey was carried out by means of a questionnaire. The sample consisted of 100 male and female pupils from 3rd to 5th grade and 3 school workers who have been present for many years in the design and / or observation of school menus. In the thesis I used the information obtained by their answers. The survey results showed that children in certain respects, follow a healthy diet, but there was a noticeable difference between the favorite children’s dishes in the past and today. Popular and generally healthier foods of our ancestors slowly sink into oblivion, they are increasingly replaced by modern trends in nutrition and foods that are not beneficial to health.

Abstract (ePrints): V diplomskem delu sem predstavila pomen zdrave prehrane, predvsem pa vzpostavitev in ohranitev zdravih prehranjevalnih navad otrok, v šoli in doma. V uvodu sem opredelila problem in namen dela.
