Secondary title: Ethical dilemmas in supervision and a proposal for the code of ethics of the Society for supervision
Secondary abstract: The main purpose of this paper is a contribution to the specialist practice of supervision in Slovenia – a proposal for The code of ethics, which will be considered by the Society for supervision. Its main objective is to encourage practitioners to reflect on the ethical concepts with a purpose of establishing a referential professional frame from the perspective of ethics. In the »ethical dilemmas in supervision« I write about the importance of the supervisor attitude, his conscience, his responsibility and accountability in encouraging the supervisee to be responsible. Then I point out some ethical dilemmas arising from the multiplicity of roles of supervisors. I conclude the theoretical part with the tools that help supervizor to perform supervision ethically. The second part of the thesis is a proposal of The code of ethics of the Society for supervision. In this part I focus on different existing codes of ethics and analyze and compare them. Finally, on the basis of comparing major principles of supervision, psychotherapy, counseling, rehabilitation and special educators, social pedagogues and social workers ethical codes I present the proposal a code of ethics of the Society for supervision.

V »Etičnih dilemah v superviziji« pišem o pomenu supervizorjeve drže in vesti, o njegovi odgovornosti in odgovornosti v katero spodbuja supervizante.
