Analysis of transformations between ETRS89 and D48 coordinate systems at the area of Slovenska obala |

In the diploma work, we analysed differences of coordinates on the surveying points with the use of various transformation parameters between ETRS/TM and D48/GK in the area of the Slovene coast. As the new coordinate system ETRS89/TM comes into force on January 1st 2008, transformations in surveying will be necessary. For individual local areas, it will be necessary to compute the transformation parameters if the connection points’ coordinates differ for more than 10 cm. In computing transformation parameters we used four types of coordinate deferminations: SMA of Slovenia with static GPS method, SMA of Slovenia with fast static GPS method, coordinates of the company Harphasea and locally selected areas with RTK-VRS method. The selected local areas were: Ankaran, Arze, Kubed and Olmo. Here, the coordinates of the surveying points and detail points were observed with the RTK-VRS method. By comparing the acquired coordinates we assessed the differences at individual surveying points, while using different transformation parameters. From the analyses we found out that relative differences in coordinates, which add up to 6 cm, are within the accepted interval, which is regulated with the Rules on management and changing of parcel boundaries and on the recording of parcel boundaries in the land cadastre (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 1/2004). |
