The diploma work presents incorporation of permanent GNSS station Bilje into the height system of the Republic of Slovenia.. It starts with description of current vertical datum and height system of the Republic of Slovenia. Detailed description of different height systems and new national vertical datum and height system proposal follows. Explained are the importance of the Earth gravity field, current geoid model of Slovenia and geodetic refrence system 1980. It describes methods for determination of horizontal and vertical positions of geodeitc points. We describe in more details the combined terrestrial geodetic network, measurement of distances with electronic distance meter, and horizontal bearing measurements. In addition, we show steps of performed calculations for determination of point coordinates in terrestrial micro-grid. In this context we present geometric and trigonometric levelling. Finally, the geodetic instruments used for measurements are shown. In the second part, we show the field measurements and analysis of measured data with adjustment results. The main result is determination of permanent station normal orthometric height, including the precision level. Finally we compare the geoid ondulations from the geoid model and calculated geoid ondulation based on field measurement results. |

V diplomskem delu je predstavljena vključitev permanentne GNSS postaje Bilje v višinski sistem Republike Slovenije. Opisan je vertikalni datum in obstoječi višinski sistem Republike Slovenije. Podrobneje so prikazani različni geodetski višinski sistemi in predlog novega državnega višinskega sistema. Predstavljen je pomen težnostnega polja Zemlje, obstoječi model geoida Slovenije in geodetski referenčni sistem 1980. V diplomskem delu so opisane metode za določevanje horizontalnega in vertikalnega položaja geodetskih točk. Podrobneje je predstavljena kombinirana terestrična geodetska mreža, merjenje dolžin z elektronskim razdaljemerom in merjenje horizontalnih smeri. Poleg tega so prikazani računski postopki, uporabljeni za potrebe določitve koordinat točk v terestrični mikro mreži. Predstavljena je metoda geometričnega nivelmana in trigonometričnega višinomerstva. Opisan je tudi uporabljen geodetski instrumentarij. Diplomsko delo v drugem delu prikazuje terensko izmero, obdelavo merskih podatkov in rezultate izravnave. V nalogi je kot glavni rezultat določena normalna ortometrična višina permanentne postaje z oceno natančnosti. Na koncu je opravljena primerjava geoidnih višin iz geoidnega modela in izračunano vrednostjo na osnovi rezultatov izmere. |
