Secondary title: Creation of a web application for recording changes on topographic maps
Secondary abstract: The State Topographic Map at the scale of 1 : 25 000 has not been updated since it was published in 1998, while some cartographic elements were even, without any reambulation, adopted from TK25/G, which was made in 1985 and 1986. This has been causing the map to become obsolete quickly for the purpose it had been made for, since the detail shown is quite exhaustive. Due to lack of funds no DTK 25 renewal is planned. This thesis presents a historic overview of reambulations of the map at the scale of 1 : 25 000 on the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and introduces the possibility of using a web application to record changes on topographic maps as an economic solution to data collection. Thesis contains a description of such web application as well as a completed example of it.
