Secondary abstract:	The graduation thesis summarize the provision of the law, that arrange matters of the building permit, including all documnts needed for its acquisition. On a concrete less demanding building it is find out, how much time and money investor needs to get a building permit. The reasearch is not based just on administrative process but also on making project documentation. Using the ganttograms it is ascertain how much time and how does every participator subscribes to prolongation of the procedure. Knowing the exact reasons for the delays in the procedure, the graduation thesis offers the solutions to shorten and to improve acquiring the building permit.
