Secondary title: Certification of small waste water treatment plant SBR
Secondary abstract: The basic aim of the presented study was to evaluate testing procedures for the determination of the efficiency of the small WWTP type SBR. Testing has been performed in various operating phases with test methods complying with SIST EN 12566-3:2005 and with the water quality monitoring for both the influent and the effluent. In the first part of this study are presented the legislation from waste water area, and the purpose of testing the quality of wastewater. Later on, in the study, are described a small WWTP SBR for 5PE from coorporation Regeneracija, its technological operation princibles, water treatment technology and all the gear that belongs to that particular WWTP. The test procedures according to operating efficiency were executed after ANEX B from the standard listed above. In that standard the complete test has to be made in 38 weeks after inicial phase of adaptation. Measurements were taken in proposed phases according to hydraulic daily flow (nominal daily flow, underloading, overloading, nominal with power breakdown, low occupation stress). Description of every phase, effect of biological removal in each phase and properties changing of active sludge in biological tank can be found in my study. In the last part of this study there are incorporated the measurements' results from ZZV Kranj. This company has been independently monitoring the operating efficiency by taking their own samples during our study testing. For the treatment of wastewater with this type of small WWTP electrical energy is needed so we have shown also the energy usage of this SBR.
