Secondary abstract: The present thesis discusses the design and the dimensioning of a five-floor reinforced concrete building of the wall-frame dual system. The building was analysed using the computer software Tower 6. A space model of the construction was elaborated using the aforementioned software. The construction was loaded with weight in compliance with the relevant Eurocode standards. In the discussed case next the dimensioning of the typical floor plate of the building with the pertaining controls of the serviceability limit state and the ultimate limit state was acquired from the internal forces with the support of the computer software. In the central part the buckling of the maximal axle loaded column and the pertaining project moment were calculated. Further, the typical column and wall were dimensioned. In the final part the control of seismic requirements conforming to EC 8 was carried out for the elements beam, column, internal and external node and wall.

Abstract (ePrints): Diplomsko delo obravnava zasnovo in dimenzioniranje petetažnega armiranobetonskega objekta stenasto-skeletnega konstrukcijskega sistema. Objekt sem analiziral z računalniškim programom Tower 6. Z omenjenim programom sem izdelal prostorski model konstrukcije. Slednjo sem obremenil z obtežbami v skladu z veljavnimi Evrokod standardi. V obravnavanem primeru sem potem iz notranjih količin, pridobljenih s pomočjo računalniškega programa, dimenzioniral tipično etažno ploščo objekta s pripadajočimi kontrolami mejnega stanja uporabnosti in nosilnosti. V osrednjem delu sem izračunal uklon stebrov in pripadajoči projektni moment za najbolj obremenjeni steber. Dimenzioniral sem še tipični steber in steno. V zadnjem delu sem za konstrukcijske elemente gredo, steber, notranje in zunanje vozlišče in steno izvedel kontrolo potresnih zahtev v skladu z EC 8.
