Secondary abstract:	In my thesis I presented a decision model for facade contractor selection for the business part of EDA center in Nova Gorica. EDA center is a commercial and residential building, that will be constructed in the city center. The garage, commercial, business and residential part of the building will bring to the city new conceptual quality areas that will provide additional comfort for residents and visitors. It´s easy to come to the right decision in a simple and fast way to solve a problem with the today's computer technology, that supports decision-making. One of these programs is also a simple computer program called Expert Choice, that bases on a analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Based on selected criteria and using the program Expert Choice I assembled the node of criteria under which will work the decision model. Through the evaluation of criteria given by the members of the decision-making group I came to the best alternative, which was offered by the company Alukomen.

Abstract (ePrints):	V nalogi sem predstavil odločitveni model za izbiro izvajalca fasade poslovnega dela objekta EDA center v Novi Gorici. EDA center je poslovno stanovanjski objekt, ki bo zgrajen v samem središču mesta. Parkirna hiša, trgovski, poslovni ter stanovanjski program bodo mestu prinesli nove konceptualno kakovostne površine, kar bo prebivalcem in obiskovalcem nudilo dodatno udobnost bivanja. Z današnjo tehnologijo računalniške podpore k odločanju, je ob pojavu problema, mogoče priti do ustrezne odločitve na zelo preprost in hiter način. Eden takšnih programov je tudi Expert Choice, ki temelji na analitičnem hierarhičnem procesu (AHP). Na podlagi izbranih kriterijev sem s pomočjo prej omenjenega programa sestavil vozlišče kriterijev po katerih bo deloval odločitveni model. S pomočjo ocenjevanja kriterijev članov odločitvene skupine sem prišel do najprimernejše alternative, ki jo predstavlja izvajalec podjetje Alukomen.
