Secondary title: Reconstruction of museum Železniki
Secondary abstract: This thesis shows the reconstruction of the museum of Ţelezniki based on todays demands of seismic resistance. After a brief description of history of the town and the building, the current condition of the building , building layouts and function for each room are shown. Then the solutions for the architectural and structural reconstruction of the building through the years are shown. The load bearing capacity of the structure due to vertical loading and the seismic resistance were calculated. All calculations were made considering EC1 and EC8 requirements. Because there were no samples taken from the structure to determine the actual mechanical characteristics of the masonry, characteristics of similar buildings taken from the literature and from in-situ tests were used. Nonlinear analysis of the seismic resistance was made using computer program SREMB. The results of the analysis are presented in the form of the hysteresis envelopes of the critical floor and the seismic resistance coefficients of the building. The comparison of the seismic resistance of building prior to wall restrengthening actions, and following the grouting with lime or cement mortar respectively were made.

Vse obteţbe so določene v skladu s standardoma EC 1 in EC 8. Ker ni bilo odvzetih vzorcev za ugotovitev dejanskih mehanskih lastnosti zidovine, so za analizo uporabljene vrednosti iz literature in in-situ preiskav podobnih objektov. Nelinearna analiza sezmične odpornosti objekta je narejena s programom SREMB. Rezultati analize so histerezne ovojnice kritične etaže ter koeficient potresne odpornosti konstrukcije. Primerjane so potresne odpornosti stanja objekta pred sanacijo, torej primer neinjektiranih zidov, s potresno odpornostjo stavbe v ojačenem stanju – v primeru injektiranja zidov z apneno oziroma s cementno malto.
