Construction project scheduling with use of "Vico Control" as a part of virtual construction |

The present work focuses on contemporary approach in planning and scheduling construction project as a part of virtual construction with use of Vico software. In the first part we describe theoretical ideas of virtual construction and its benefits against classic way of planning and scheduling. The second part represents entire process of virtual construction step by step using referenced 3D model. The third part focuses on program Vico Control, a powerful software tool for scheduling construction projects using Location Based Scheduling technique. We describe basic functions of the program, that allow to create different variations of the schedule. Project manager is also able to analyze different variations of the schedule. Last part represents six different variations of the schedule, where we tested influence of changing parameters at duration of construction activities, duration of entire construction process, productivity and efficiency of resources including probability considering winter conditions and oscillation of productivity factor. |

Diplomsko delo obravnava sodoben pristop k planiranju gradbenih projektov v okviru virtualne gradnje s programskim okoljem Vico Software. V prvem delu je predstavljena ideja virtualne gradnje z uporabo BIM tehnologije in njene prednosti v primerjavi z klasičnimi pristopi planiranja. V drugem delu po korakih predstavimo celoten proces virtualne gradnje na referenčnem 3D modelu. V tretjem delu se osredotočimo na program Vico Control, ki predstavlja močno orodje za izdelavo terminskih planov z upoštevanjem idej LBS (Location Based Scheduling) tehnike planiranja. Opisane so osnovne funkcije programa, ki omogočajo projektnemu vodji izdelavo različnih variant terminskega plana in njihovo analizo. V zadnjem delu je opisanih šest variant terminskega plana za stanovanjski objekt v katerih sem preizkušal vpliv spreminjanja posameznih parametrov na trajanje posameznih dejavnosti, trajanje celotnega procesa gradbenih del, produktivnost in izkoriščenost delovnih virov ter verjetnost terminskih planov ob upoštevanju zimskih razmer in nihanju produktivnosti delovnih ekip. |
