Secondary abstract: In my diploma I present an optional compulsory activity Chat group in primary school and a camp for pupils Weekend of experiences. In the theoretical part I interpret working area and tasks of a social pedagogue in primary school and I specially point out the importance of the social-pedagogical relationship. Hereinafter I discuss the purpose, goals (among the group goals, development of a positive self-image and learning social skills), working methods (workshop, conversation circle, social games), group dynamics and leading of the Chat group. I give emphasis to the importance of experiental learning, and as a method of working with young people I describe experiental pedagogy. In the empirical part I check the validity of the theoretical starting points in practice. So, thus I present and evaluate the way of working within the Chat group and the camp Weekend of experiences. I also describe an education for teachers Weekend of experiences, with which I approached the importance of experiental learning and working methods in the management of small groups. The pupils were developing social and communication skills in the context of the Chat group, they learnt to respect and accept people's differences, they were getting to know themselves and others, they were trained the constructive resolutions of conflicts, to take up the responsibility, to identify and express emotions and needs. With the camp Weekend of experiences we allowed pupils a direct experience and unforgettable adventures in the natural environment. In education Weekend of experiences teachers experienced activities on their own skin, gained useful knowledge for the development of social and communication skills and became acquainted with the importance of experiental learning.

Abstract (ePrints): V diplomskem delu predstavljam interesno dejavnost Pogovorna skupina v osnovni šoli in tabor za učence Vikend doživetij. V teoretičnem delu podajam področja delovanja in delovne naloge socialnega pedagoga v osnovni šoli ter še posebej izpostavljam pomen socialno pedagoškega odnosa. V nadaljevanju obravnavam namen, cilje (poleg skupinskih še razvijanje pozitivne samopodobe in učenje socialnih veščin), metode dela (delavnica, pogovor v krogu, socialne igre), skupinsko dinamiko in vodenje Pogovorne skupine. Poudarjam pomen izkustvenega učenja in, kot metodo dela z mladimi, opisujem doživljajsko pedagogiko. V empiričnem delu preverjam veljavnost teoretičnih izhodišč v praksi. Tako predstavljam in evalviram način dela v Pogovorni skupini in taboru Vikend doživetij. Prav tako opisujem izobraževanje za učitelje Vikend doživetij, s katerim sem učiteljem približala pomen izkustvenega učenja in metode dela pri vodenju malih skupin. Učenci so v okviru Pogovorne skupine razvijali socialne in komunikacijske veščine, se naučili spoštovati in sprejemati drugačnost med ljudmi, spoznavali sebe in druge, se učili konstruktivnega reševanja konfliktov, prevzemanja odgovornosti, prepoznavanja in izražanja čustev ter potreb. S taborom Vikend doživetij pa smo učencem omogočili neposredne izkušnje in nepozabna doživetja v naravnem okolju. Učitelji so na izobraževanju Vikend doživetij dejavnosti doživeli na lastni koži, pridobili uporabno znanje za razvijanje socialnih in komunikacijskih veščin in spoznali pomembnost izkustvenega učenja.
