Secondary title: Use of social games at elementary school with adapted programmes that provide education at lower level
Secondary abstract: Social games represent an important supplement to the education system. They help us develop the intelectual, emotional and social side of a child's personality. At the same time social games enable children, in a playful manner, a better personal insight and improved relationships with others. We have to account some steps and rules while using them to reach professional purposes. It is important to evaluate events during social games. After every game is finished it is necessary to talk with students what they have experienced in the game. The present paper is focused on use of social games in elementary schools which implement adjusted education program with lower educational standard. The research used a basic descriptive statistic and non-experimental causal method of empirical pedagogical researching. A sample included 44 educational workers who teach students with mild intellectual disability. The questions included in the questionnaire have been statistically checked and collected data presented in tables and graphs. The results have shown that teachers include social games in regular education process in every triad. They are also well aware of positive influence of social games which is development of social expected behavioral forms.

Abstract (ePrints): Socialne igre predstavljajo dopolnilo vzgojno – izobraževalnega procesa. Z njihovo pomočjo razvijamo intelektualno, emocionalno in socialno plat otrokove osebnosti. Obenem otrokom na igriv način omogočijo vpogled v lastna doživljanja, doživljanja drugih in v svoje odnose z drugimi. Če želimo socialne igre uporabiti v strokovne namene, moramo upoštevati pravila in posamezne korake njihove izvedbe.
