Children's first age period paper research |

My thesis is presenting the meaning of a child’s active learning as well as functioning in its own environment. In the theoretical part, I presented the theories of Piaget and Vigotski and their impact on education. I described the meaning of the child’s active learning and what is the role of an adult at it. I also defined the types of games, in which children explore and learn with. In the empirical part I introduced the open-type project, in which children were offered various types of paper. I wanted to determine how children in the first age group explore, recognize and gain experiences with presented types of paper. I have realized that children are excellent in creating games. They change the situation, upgrade the game as well as create new problem situations and solve them. Therefore, active learning has an important role in a kindergarten work quality. |

Abstract (ePrints): |
Diplomska naloga prikazuje pomen otrokovega aktivnega učenja in delovanja v lastnem okolju. V teoretičnem delu sem predstavila teorijo Piageta in Vigotskega ter vpliv njunih teorij na vzgojo in izobraževanje. Opisala sem pomen otrokovega aktivnega učenja, kakšna je pri tem vloga odraslega in opredelila vrste otroške igre, s katerimi otroci raziskujejo in se učijo. V empiričnem delu sem predstavila projekt odprtega tipa , kjer sem otrokom ponudila različne vrste papirja. Želela sem ugotoviti, kako otroci v prvi starostni skupini raziskujejo, spoznavajo in pridobivajo izkušnje z različnimi vrstami papirja. Ugotovila sem, da so otroci odlični kreativci igre, saj z malenkostmi spreminjajo situacijo, nadgrajujejo igro, si ustvarjajo nove problemske situacije in jih rešujejo. Torej ima aktivno učenje pomembno vlogo pri kakovosti dela v vrtcu. |
