Secondary abstract:	The dissertation describes preparatory works, procedure of making an expert’s detailed report and includes the making of expert’s detailed report about state road frontiers’ registration in land cadastre records as a geodesic service of geodesic company. In this case it is stressed, that the road is already reconstructed, however the changes are not yet recorded in land cadastre. Besides the making of an expert’s detailed report on reconstructed state road R3/620-6381 Štorje-Štanjel, an administrative procedure of recording a settled road is introduced, although this is no longer a part of a geodesic service. The expert’s detailed report is made in accordance with valid regulations, especially the ones of Real-Estate Recording Act and Public Roads Act. Other regulations that have to be considered at field measurement, at ways of marking off the road and in making an expert’s detailed report, are described as well. The combination of classical and GPS procedure measurement in Geodesy is almost indispensable, the details of it are also described in the thesis. Field measurement is separated on many parts, including the procedure of boundary treatment, which is very often done in the field. Individual phases of making an expert’s detailed report and their content are also introduced, as they are directed by law. VII
