The thesis deals with the production of concrete in the concrete mixing plant HB 2000 and the project of construction of hydroelectric power plant Krško. In the first stage, the thesis offers a general description of different types of concrete mixing plants and a manner of verification of production abilities of concrete mixing plants in Slovenija for assuring quality where control examinations play one of the essential parts in preventive measures at assuring quality concrete mixes. It also summarises the environmental performance of concrete mixing plants which is today very important. The detailed technical description of concrete mixing plant HB 2000 is presented, its equipment and technological procedures in production of concrete. The thesis introduces a work organization within the company under consideration that produces concrete and delivers it at different building sites and also comments on selected problems that occur at production of concrete. Further, the thesis presents in detail the project of construction of hydroelectric power plant as an example of its large scale concrete production, its detailed analysis of individual stages of construction and shows the problems and solutions that confront us in the meantime. |
