Secondary abstract: The key element for successful construction site is time-schedule, which allows us time organizing of construction site itself and reliable evaluation of construction course. In my work I discuss organization of construction site and construction technology, with emphasis on optimization of time-schedule. I applied it on the case of commercial-business object, which will be built in Ljubljana. After introduction, I have described this object further I described work technology and preparatory work is presented. Organization of construction site, with all associated plans and calculations, is presented in detail. The main purpose of my work was to make quality time-schedule for the facility under consideration. In order to achieve this goal, various options leadning to time to completion time reduetion were analyzed. In pasticular , I analyzed selection of heavy construction equipment and form work system.

Abstract (ePrints): Glede uspeha na gradbišču ima ključni pomen terminski plan, ki nam omogoča časovno organiziranje gradbišča in zanesljivo ocenjevanje poteka gradnje. Diplomska naloga obravnava organizacijo gradbišča in tehnologijo gradnje s poudarkom na optimizaciji terminskih planov na primeru trgovsko-poslovnega objekta, ki se bo gradil v Ljubljani. Po uvodnem delu je opisan objekt oz poslovno-trgovski center. Nadalje je v diplomski nalogi opisana tehnologija dela in pripravljalna dela. Podrobneje je predstavljeno organizacija gradbišča, z vsemi pripadajočimi načrti in izračuni. Glavni namen naloge je izdelava kakovostnih terminskih planov za trgovsko-poslovni objekt. V ta namen sem preveril možnosti skrajšanja posameznih aktivnosti, ki bi lahko vodile k stroškovno in časovno optimiziranem poteku del. Posvetil sem se zlasti vplivu izbire težke mehanizacije in opažnega sistema.
