Secondary abstract:	Diploma thesis deals with land cadastre, land register and the connection of both. It describes general theory and technical features of longitudinal object parcellation. It also deals with procedures of boundary regulation and parcellation which are both used in longitudinal object parcellation. This thesis represents differences in the expert's detailed report content, based on both, the previous legislation Recording of Real Estate, State Border and Spatial Units Act and on the binding law Recording of Real Estate.
