Secondary title: Analysis of the quality of alpine track database
Secondary abstract: The dissertation was written with the aim to present the emerging alpine track database from different points of view. The theoretical part describes alpine tracks and defines the basis for the spatial data gathering using the GNSS receivers. TheMountain Paths Act and standard models of spatial data qualityare also presented. The second part focuses on the analysis of the quality of alpine track data gathered by five GNSS receivers used in the process of gathering the alpine tracks sample. The initiation for the creation of the database is related to the Mountain Paths Act; therefore the dissertation proves the compliance of the database with the requirements of the relevant Act. The analysis of the quality of alpine track database is based on the standard spatial data quality model ISO 19113:2002. Finally, the dissertation evaluates the database adequacy to establish a navigation system for guiding of the mountain hikers on alpine tracks.

Abstract (ePrints): Diplomsko delo z različnih vidikov obravnava nastajajočo bazo planinskih poti. V teoretičnem delu naloge so opisane oz. predstavljene planinske poti in podane osnove o zajemu prostorskih podatkov s sprejemnikiGNSS, opisani so tudi Zakon o planinskih poteh in standardni modeli kakovosti prostorskih podatkov.
