Secondary abstract: |
This diploma paper discusses the question of learning disabilities among children and adolescents. Within the framework of this issue, it researches the effectiveness of learning aids implementation from members of different professions.
In the theoretical part it defines learning disabilities and learning process; in addition, it also defines various factors of learning process, types of learning aids, areas and criteria in identifying learning disabilities when working with children and adolescents. Furthermore, it defines professional workers tasks when working with pupils with learning difficulties, as well as their professional competences.
The empirical part presents the qualitative research. The following topics are researched with the help of the analysis of conversations with professional workers employed in education, who have many years´ experiences in working with pupils with learning difficulties: identifying learning disabilities in teamwork, planning of adequate learning aids and their implementations. Special emphasis is given to the research in sustaining pupil’s motivation with regard to learning aids and to the role of the social pedagogue regarding learning disabilities.
In addition, it also gives view on the integration issues of pupils with learning difficulties in the ordinary elementary schools. |

Diplomska naloga se ukvarja s problematiko učnih težav med otroki in mladostniki. V okviru te teme raziskuje problematiko učinkovitega izvajanja učne pomoči s strani različnih profilov.
V teoretičnem delu so poleg učnih težav in učenja, opredeljeni dejavniki učenja, modeli učne pomoči, področja in kriteriji, po katerih lahko učne težave prepoznamo v delu z otroki in mladostniki. Opredeljene so tako naloge različnih profilov strokovnjakov pri delu z učenci z učnimi težavami kot njihove strokovne kompetence.
Empirični del predstavlja kvalitativno raziskavo. Preko analize pogovorov s strokovnimi delavci, zaposlenimi v šolstvu, ki že vrsto let delajo z otroki s težavami pri učenju, so raziskana naslednja področja: timsko sodelovanje pri prepoznavanju učnih težav, načrtovanju ustrezne učne pomoči in izvajanju učne pomoči. Posebna pozornost je namenjena raziskovanju vzdrževanja motivacije pri učni pomoči in raziskovanju vloge socialnega pedagoga pri učnih težavah.
V nalogi je prav tako podan pogled problematike vključevanja otrok z učnimi težavami v redne osnovne šole. |
