Secondary title: Tilos software and PRINS project management information system integration
Secondary abstract: Graduation thesis presents a part of development of a new concept of managing construction projects which enables quality control and real time analysis to enable timely and adequate measures. The main aim of the thesis is an improvement of the preparation of operative plans as an integral part of TEE and consequently an improvement of design in the tendering stage as well as the quality control in the construction stage to adjust economical and time scheduling factors of construction process. Main effort was dedicated to the technique of linear scheduling as implemented in the software code Tilos (Time and Location Scheduling). The main advantage of such planning technique is a presentation of longitudinal dimension of operative plans of longitudinal structures like railways, motorways or viaducts as well as scheduling of their construction. It enables more convenient overview of the project settings to the site manager in terms of time and location of each of the construction activities. A structure and headlines of input data for the Tilos code and for project information system PRINS are presented in detail. A practical application of the data exchange is presented for the project »Viadukt 6-1«, which is currently under construction.

Abstract (ePrints): V diplomskem delu je predstavljen del razvoja novega koncepta obvladovanja gradbenih projektov, s katerim bo moţna kakovostna spremljava, kontrola in sprotna analiza kot pogoj za pravočasno ukrepanje. Namen naloge je izboljšati pripravo operativnih planov, tako da bodo postali integralni del tehno- ekonomskih elaboratov (TEE), kar omogoča kakovostnejšo pripravo in izdelavo ponudbe, kot tudi spremljavo gradnje, saj so finančni in časovni kazalci njenega poteka usklajeni. Podrobneje sem se spoznal s tehniko linearnega planiranja z uporabo programa Tilos (TIme and LOcation Scheduling).
