Secondary abstract: The subject of this diploma thesis is a railway track reconstruction between Zidani Most and Ljubljana (Slovenia). The track section between kilometer 534+680 and 536+250 contains the rear part of three Litija station tracks, the departure turnout systems and the following railroad. That was a new construction because of a track relocation. A part of the station tracks had to be adapted as a result of the turnout system modernisation, which is the main part of this thesis. The turnout system consists of five track switches, namely two ordinary and three bended. The second type produces much higher installation and maintenance expenses and is used only if there is no other possibility. In this case the landscape configuration required bended tracks in the switch area. Furthermore, I worked out a special altitude profile as well as a ground and a front plan. The increase of the speed limit from 75 to 90 km/h in the station entrance area required a bow radius enlargement from kilometer 535+200 to 536+250. In this section, the former curve with two radii of 375 m and 380 m was replaced by one larger curve with a radius of 500 m. This radius enlargement caused a railway displacement from the former location to agricultural land. As a result 300 m of a local road had to be moved. All the projecting work was done accordingly to the Slovenian Railway guidelines and directives. The most relevant was the guideline 314.

Abstract (ePrints): Diplomsko delo obravnava rekonstrukcijo odseka na progi med Zidanim Mostom in Ljubljano med km 534+680 in 536+250. Ta obsega zadnji del vseh treh postajnih tirov postaje Litija, njeno izvozno kretnično področje in v nadaljevanju del odprte proge, ki je nastal na novo zaradi premika trase. Osrednji del diplomske naloge je obnova kretnične harfe, zato sem moral predelati še del postajnih tirov. Kretnična harfa obsega pet kretnic, od katerih sta dve navadni ločni in tri krivinske, katerih izvedba in vzdrževanje so znatno dražji od navadnih. Uporabimo jih le, če ni druge možnosti. To je tudi mojem v primeru, ker se zaradi konfiguracije terena krožni lok začne že na področju, kjer moramo namestiti kretnice. Za kretnično področje sem izdelal tudi poseben višinski načrt, vse tri odseke pa sem obdelal v tlorisu in narisu. Zaradi želenega dviga hitrosti s sedanjih 75 km/h na 90 km/h sem moral povečati radij lokov na progovnem odseku med km 535+200 in 536+250. Ta sprememba je zahtevala premik trase na kmetijske površine. Premakniti je bilo potrebno tudi 300 m regionalne ceste. Projektiral sem po pravilnikih in navodilih Slovenskih železnic, v glavnem po Pravilniku o pogojih za projektiranje, gradnjo in vzdrževanje zgornjega ustroja železniških prog.
