Secondary title: Experimentation with drawing techniques in the first educational period of primary school
Secondary abstract: Children in art classes create in various artistic techniques, which gradually upgrade and learn. In the theoretical part, I introduce some basics of drawing, drawing techniques and experimenting with different drawing materials and tools. I also write about creativity, motivation, pupil's performance and drawing expectations in the first educational period. In the research I present lessons that I have carried out in the third grade of primary school. I note how drawing with less familiar materials and devices impacts on motivation, creativity and children performance. Through analysis of lessons, analysis of products and short questionnaires for students and an interview with a teacher I come to different conclusions. Interesting visual materials and devices attract children to be creative. Once in a while they want to experiment, even though children like basic drawing techniques. This further motivates them and encourages their creativity.

V teoretičnem delu predstavim nekaj osnov o risanju, risarske tehnike in različna eksperimentiranja z risarskimi materiali in pripomočki. Zanimivi likovni materiali in pripomočki učence zelo pritegnejo k ustvarjanju. Vsake toliko časa si želijo eksperimentiranja, čeprav imajo učenci radi osnovne risarske tehnike. To jih dodatno motivira in spodbudi njihovo ustvarjalnost.
