Secondary abstract:	The thesis deals with quality assurance during construction of a multipurpose building that will be built in Nova Gorica. The basics of quality management systems that comply of the ISO 9001 are presented as well as the principles of total quality management (TQM). Further, the proposal of the European Standard prEn 13670 (2005), Execution of concrete structures, is discussed. This document gives rules and recommendations for the execution of reinforced concrete structures, especially for formwork, reinforcement and placing of concrete. The permitted deviations (tolerances) from the values prescribed in the project documentation for the reinforced structure are determined in tables and drawings that accompany the control description. The main purpose of this thesis is to create an outline of the quality assurance plan which is based on control forms. The control procedure is described by an algorithm that determines the sequence of control activities and associated responsabilities. The forms contain tables with allowable values. The control performed at the construction site is carried out by measurements with appropriate measuring devices, and the obtained results are recorded in control forms. The tolerances employed in the thesis comply to the relevant standards. Since not all construction works can be measured, the adequacy of execution of such works needs to be assessed and recorded in the control form.
