Secondary abstract:	Placement of adolescent into juvenile institution is an important step for him or him towards the right direction, which, in case of incorrect placement, can be detrimental for him or her as well as for other adolescents around him or her. Therefore, placement in a suitable juvenile institution is of crucial importance. In our diploma thesis we wrote about the importance of collaborative work between experts from different institutions in putting adolescent into juvenile facility. The importance of cooperation between the court, social work centre and juvenile institution seems very important to us, as each of them adds a unique piece to the mosaic towards a sound, common decision on adolescent. With the help of empirical part we found that cooperation much depends on the engagement of a professional working in this particular area. Cooperation is better than we thought it was before starting to write this diploma thesis, however, obstacles still exist (particularly old resentments) as well as ideas and solutions for work in the future. As main problem all three sides highlighted inadequacy of current juvenile institutions for population, which has changes and is being placed into juvenile institution. An idea is a new juvenile institution which everyone describes as utopian in these weak economic times.

Abstract (ePrints):	Namestitev mladostnika v vzgojni zavod je zanj pomemben korak v pravo smer, ki pa ob napačni namestitvi lahko škodi njemu in še vsem ostalim mladostnikom okrog njega. Zato je oddaja v ustrezen vzgojni zavod zelo pomembna. V svoji diplomski nalogi sem pisala o pomembnosti sodelovalnega delam med strokovnjaki iz različnih institucij pri nameščanju mladostnika v vzgojni zavod. Pomen sodelovanja med sodiščem, centrom za socialno delo in vzgojnim zavodom se mi zdi zelo pomemben saj vsak od njih doda košček v mozaik k dobri, skupni odločitvi o mladostniku. S pomočjo empiričnega dela sem ugotovila, da pri sodelovanju veliko odvisno od angažiranosti strokovnjaka, ki dela na tem področju. Sodelovanje je boljše kot sem menila pred pisanjem diplomskega dela, vendar še vseeno ostajajo ovire (predvsem stare zamire), pa tudi ideje in rešitve za delo v prihodnje. Kot glavno težavo so vse tri strani izpostavile neustreznost trenutnih zavodov za populacijo, ki se je spremenila in se namešča v vzgojni zavod. Ideja je nov vzgojni zavod katerega pa vsi označujejo za utopičnega v teh ekonomsko šibkih časih.
