Analiza porabe delovnih ur pri realizaciji objekta " Kare A"

Abstract

Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov. V prvem teoretičnem delu sem predstavil planiranje v gradbeništvu, planiranje projekta, plane v gradbeništvu in faktorje, ki vplivajo na produktivnost. V drugem delu diplomskega dela pa sem zajel analize porabe delovnih ur dejanskega gradbišča. Analize zajemajo tri izračune porabe delovnih ur in sicer: 1. predkalkulacijski izračun temelji na GNG (gradbene norme) in pogodbenem popisu del, 2. kalkulacijski izračun temelji na GNG (gradbene norme) in pogodbenih količin in del katere smo izvedli, 3. pokalkulacijski izračun pa temelji na GNG (gradbene norme) in dejanskih količinah. Vse te tri izračune sem primerjal z dejansko porabo delovnih ur in ugotavljal razloge in krivce za odstopanja med planirano porabo delovnih ur in dejansko porabo delovnih ur.

Secondary abstract:	The first part of diploma is theoretical and is discussing the general planning in construction business, the planning of a project and the factors which have influence on productivity in construction business. The second part of diploma is based on practical work and is containing analyses of working hours spent on a real construction site. These analyses are including three calculations of expected working hours spent. These three are: 1. precalculation, which is based on GNG (constructional norms) and contractional list of work to do 2. calculation, which is based on GNG (constructional norms) and contractional list of work that will actually be done 3. postcalculation, which is based on GNG (constructional norms) and the list of work that was actually done In my diploma I compared these three calculations with the actual number of working hours spent and I tried to find out the reasons for difference between planned number of working hours and the actual number of working hours spent on the specific construction site.
