Secondary title: ǂThe ǂdisplay of an existing spatial phenomena and the problems it reveals
Secondary abstract: The presented work focuses on the document in the spatial planning, called The Display of an Existing Spatial Phenomena. It was introduced by The Spatial planning Law (2007) and described in details by The Rules on how to create and handle the Display of an Existing Spatial Phenomena (2008). The first part of the presented work focuses on the spatial planning laws of Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Denmark and Finland in comparesment to the spatial planning laws of Slovenia. By doing so, we were able to conclude if any other of the given foreign countries have some kind of or similar Display of an Existing Spatial Phenomena. We discovered what the similarities or diferenciencies of the Slovenian spatial planning system are, even though the basics in the law are similar to the other reviewed laws. In the second part of the presented work we go to the details of The Display of an Existing Spatial Phenomena as written in the law and the rules. There are the analysis of structure and content being made. Because there is no clear dictation on what the display is suppose to be used for, it will be our job to discovere that and determine what are the possible ways of its ussage. Basicly there are three obvious ways and they will be analised in details. While creating The Display of an Existing Spatial Phenomena we came across quite a few technical problems and content deficiencies. There is a comprehensive presentation of those problems, together with the ideas on how to minimize them or cancel them altogether. To do so, the full understanding of Slovenian spacial planning is neccessary. Because spatial planning is an interdisciplinare science field, the last part of the presented work will reveale if The Display of an Existing Spatial Phenomena is justified (and by that good enough) or not (and what are the possible alternatives in that case).
