Secondary abstract: The diploma work presents synthetic composite material Kerrock. First the production of the synthetic composite material composed of aluminium hydroxide and polymer binder is described. Then the technology of processing of Kerrock slabs used for façade cladding is presented and test methods used to acquire Slovenian Technical Approval STS-11/0029 are given. In continuation of the work test methods according to European guidelines ETAG 034 are described and characteristics of the Kerrock cladding system are given. At the end different techniques of fixing the Kerrock slabs to prefabricated supporting system are presented and the process of the Kerrock cladding system execution at the hospital in Novo mesto is illustrated.

Abstract (ePrints): V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen umeten kompozitni material s tržnim imenom Kerrock. Najprej je prikazana proizvodnja umetnega kompozitnega materiala, katerega osnovni sestavini sta aluminijev hidroksid in polimerno vezivo. Sledi prikaz tehnologije izdelave in obdelave fasadnih plošč iz Kerrocka ter predstavitev preskusnih metod potrebnih za pridobitev slovenskega tehničnega soglasja STS-11/0029. V nadaljevanju so natančneje prikazani preskusni postopki v skladu z evropsko tehnično smernico ETAG 034 in karakteristike, ki jih dosegajo Kerrock fasadne plošče in elementi sistema za njihovo pritrjevanje na objekt. Na koncu so predstavljeni možni načini pritrjevanja Kerrock fasadnih plošč na podkonstrukcijo in izvedba prezračevane fasade na Splošni bolnišnici Novo mesto.
