Secondary abstract: In this graduation thesis we present the positional geodetic network HE Moste. The network is established around the dam, lying in Kavčke gorge below Žirovnica. Due to the unfavorable geologic structure and proximity of the tectonic break called Savski prelom, the stability of the dam has been controlled since the start of its construction, first using relative and then adding geodetic methods. In this thesis we used the results of measurements from the first observation series of the network in 1950 and all the way to 2010. All used instruments and changes of geometry of the network throughout the entire period are presented in detail. The obtained results of measurements were re-reckoned and all the observations were adjusted with parameters. In the constrained adjustment of the network we managed to maintain a common geodetic datum in each observation series. In this way we ensured a continuous insight into the happening in the geodetic network throughout the 60-years period. The relative and cumulative movements of points were calculated and graphically presented. We came to the conclusion, that the geodetic network HE Moste is fairly stable, because of the frame points only showed slight significant displacements. On the other hand, the significant displacements of control points on the dam imply the potential movement of the dam. The geodetic datum has been chosen with the intent of sensing movements, caused by the geodynamics of the Savski prelom. However, the assumption of Savski prelom movements could not be confirmed.

Abstract (ePrints): V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili mikrotrigonometrično položajno geodetsko mrežo HE Moste, razvito okoli pregrade, ki leži v soteski Kavčke pod Žirovnico. Zaradi neugodne geološke sestave tal in neposredne bližine Savskega preloma so stabilnost pregrade začeli kontrolirati že ob njeni izgradnji. Sprva so za določevanje premikov in deformacij uporabljali negeodetske metode, zaradi potrebe po spremljanju širše okolice pregrade, pa so prvič v takratni državi uporabili tudi geodetske metode. V diplomski nalogi smo uporabili rezultate meritev geodetske mreže od leta 1950 pa vse do 2010. Skozi celotno obdobje smo podrobno predstavili spreminjanje geometrije mreže in uporabljen instrumentarij. Vse pridobljene rezultate meritev smo ponovno obdelali in opazovanja izravnali s posredno izravnavo. Pri izravnavi vpetih mrež nam je v vseh terminskih izmerah uspelo ohraniti enoten geodetski datum. Tako smo dobili kontinuiran vpogled v dogajanje v geodetski mreži skozi 60-letno obdobje. Izračunali smo relativne ter kumulativne premike točk in jih tudi grafično predstavili. Prišli smo do ugotovitev, da je geodetska mreža HE Moste dokaj stabilna, saj je pri večini stojiščnih točk prihajalo le do manjših značilnih premikov. Na drugi strani značilni premiki detajlnih kontrolnih točk na pregradi nakazujejo na morebitno premikanje pregrade. Geodetski datum smo izbrali tako, da bi lahko zaznali tudi premike, ki bi nastali kot posledica premikanj vzdolž Savskega preloma, vendar domneve o morebitnih premikih vzdolž Savskega preloma ni mogoče potrditi.
