Secondary abstract: This thesis presents a study of the state of drainage and wastewater treatment in municipality Grosuplje with emphasis on urban area of the city Grosuplje at stream Grosupeljščica. This thesis also presents the legislative requirements and statutory basis for the provision of public utilities and environmental protection at local level for the areas of drainage and wastewater treatment. Study contains a description of the quantitative status and the source of these waters with presentation of stream quality conditions Grosupeljščica and its planned reconstruction. The study is based on evaluating different solutions of protection the stream Grosupeljščica. The evaluation of the solutions depends on characteristics of sewage system. My suggestion is the construction of retention basins or addition in the vicinity of existing dischargers at the existing system. Dimensions of retention basins are calculated and based on the German guidelines ATV -A128E , 1992. The method of calculation is presented and used procedural in seven planned retention basins, which are conceptually positioned in that area.

Abstract (ePrints): Diplomska naloga obravnava študijo stanja na področju odvajanja in čiščenja odpadnih voda v občini Grosuplje s poudarkom na urbanem območju mesta Grosuplje, ob potoku Grosupeljščica. V diplomski nalogi so predstavljena zakonodajne zahteve in podlage za zagotavljanje obvezne gospodarske javne službe varstva okolja na lokalni ravni za področji odvajanja in čiščenja odpadnih voda. Opisano je količinsko stanje in vir nastanka teh voda. Podana je tudi predstavitev kakovostnega stanja potoka Grosupeljščica in načrtovana rekonstrukcija potoka. Pri ukrepu zaščite potoka Grosupeljščica je na podlagi študije stanja kanalizacijskega sistema na obravnavanem območju in predstavljenih značilnosti in možnih načinov zadrževanja onesnaženih voda mešanega kanalizacijskega omrežja, podan predlog rešitve. Predlagana je izgradnja zadrževalnih bazenov poleg oz. v bližini obstoječih razbremenilnikov obstoječega kanalizacijskega sistema. Dimenzije zadrževalnih bazenov so izračunane na podlagi nemških smernic ATV-A 128E, 1992. Način izračuna je postopkovno predstavljen in uporabljen na sedmih predvidenih zadrževalnih bazenih, ki so idejno umeščeni v prostor.
