Secondary title: Comparison of Land Cadastre in the Republic of Slovenia and the Republic of Croatia
Secondary abstract: This degree thesis discusses the comparison of the Slovene and the Croatian cadastres. The first part describes the historical development of cadastre after the World War II. At that time, Slovenia and Croatia were both part of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. Further on, the Land Cadastre in the Republic of Slovenia is described with the focus on administrative proceedings such as lot partitioning, boundary determination and entry of a building in the register of buildings, and a comparison of the same procedures in Croatia. This topic is discussed in more detail in the chapter on Land Cadastre in the Republic of Croatia which covers legislation, compilation, maintenance and implementation of changes in the Land Cadastre. In the next chapter the Land Register is described which is created and kept on the basis of the cadastre and closely linked to it. The conclusion offers an explanation of the compilation, structure and type of land surveying studies, a comparison of laws and rules regulating the administrative proceedings of lot partitioning, boundary determination and entry of a building in the register of buildings in both countries.

Abstract (ePrints): Moje diplomsko delo obravnava primerjavo slovenskega in hrvaškega katastra. Takrat so Slovenija in Hrvaška pripadale Socialistični federativni republiki Jugoslaviji.
