Secondary abstract: The graduation thesis discusses the definition of local transformation parameters for a small area or specific parcels in the area. To the boundary stones coordinates were determined on the basis on rapid-static and RTK-GNSS surveying methods in the ETRS89 coordinate system. These coordinates were compared with those in databases of Surveying and Mapping Authorities of Slovenia. Nearby we determined coordinates of geodetic points with known Gauss-Krüger coordinates also in ETRS89 coordinate system, Sets of coordinates, determined in D-96/TM and D-48/GK were used to determine the local transformation parameters between both systems. Finally, we analyzed the quality of several sets of local transformation parameters and their practical value in relation to regional transformation parameters and assess the quality of the different procedures of determination of transformed coordinates of geodetic network points.

Abstract (ePrints): Diplomska naloga obravnava določitev lokalnih transformacijskih parametrov za manjše območje oziroma na območju konkretne parcele. Obstoječim mejnikom smo na osnovi hitre statične in RTK-GNSS metode izmere določili koordinate v aktualnem ETRS89 koordinatnem sistemu in koordinate na koncu primerjali s tistimi v bazah GURS. V bližnji okolici smo točkam državne geodetske mreže z znanimi G-K koordinatami določili ETRS89 koordinate ter določili lokalne transformacijske parametre med D-96/TM in D-48/GK. Na koncu smo analizirali kakovost več nizov lokalnih transformacijskih parametrov in njihovo uporabnost glede na regionalne transformacijske parametre ter ocenili kakovost na različne načine transformiranih koordinat točk.
