Secondary abstract: On January 1st 2008 a new national system of coordinates with the marking D96/TM came into force. Due to this transformation we - the surveyors and others, who have been using the national geodetic network, were left without an approximately 250.000 geodetic points. In order to perform geodetic works in practice is therefore necessary to establish a number of geodetic points in the new national coordinate system. In this undergraduate thesis the old and the new system of coordinates is presented, as well as the differences between the two systems. The emphasis is on the establishment of coordinates of the broadcasting station (RTV) in the D96/TM system of coordinates, which has served as a geodetic point in the old D48/GK system of coordinates. The methods of surveying are presented; these are the GNSS survey and the terrestrial survey, and the processing of the data received using these methods. The first one was executed with the HyperPro receiver produced by Topcon, and the latter with the SET3030R3 instrument produced by SOKKIA. The result of the undergraduate thesis are the geodetic coordinates in the new national system of coordinates and their accuracy.

Abstract (ePrints): 01. 1. 2008 je v Sloveniji začel veljati novi državni koordinatni sistem z oznako D96/TM. Zaradi te spremembe smo geodeti in vsi ostali, ki smo do sedaj uporabljali državno geodetsko mrežo, ostali brez približno 250 000 navezovalnih točk. Za potrebe izvajanja geodetskih del v praksi je zato potrebno vzpostaviti določeno število geodetskih točk tudi v novem koordinatnem sistemu. V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen stari in novi državni koordinatni sistem in razlika med njima, s poudarkom na določitvi koordinat RTV-oddajnika v koordinatnem sistemu D-96. Predstavljeni sta metodi izmere, to sta izmera GNSS in terestricna izmera, ter obdelava podatkov omenjenih metod. Prva se je izvajala s sprejemnikom HiperPro, proizvajalca Topcon, slednja pa z instrumentom SET3030R3 proizvajalca SOKKIA. Rezultat diplomske naloge so položajne koordinate RTV-oddajnika v novem državnem koordinatnem sistemu in njihova natančnost.
