Secondary title: Determination of bidding price for residential building
Secondary abstract: The thesis shows the fundamentals and the actual calculation of the tender price for a selected residential building - up to completed third extended phase. The first part presents the fundamentals of the tender price determination for construction works and summarizes the costs appearing while achieving the desired business performance. The practical part shows the tender price for a selected residential building. The building is first presented and described. The dimensions, determined on the basis of the plans, from the basis for the preparation of the bill of quantities. The procedure for obtaining the tender price for a selected single item is shown for the case of the building wall with thickness of 20 cm, built with modular bricks and lime mortar cement. The calculation of unit prices for key materials (supplied to the site), internal transportation, wet mixes and depreciation is presented. The determination and key analysis of the total price is carried out by using the obtained results. The complete bill of quantities and accompanying price for separate items of the bill are determined by using the software BLIST. The obtained results show that this software tool is a suitable tool for fast and reliable preparation of the bill of quantities and accompanying tender price.

Abstract (ePrints): V diplomskem delu je prikazana teoretična in praktična pot do ponudbene cene za izbrani stanovanjski objekt - dokončanje tretje podaljšane faze. Prvi del naloge opisuje osnove oblikovanja ponudbenih cen za gradbene objekte in povzema tudi stroške, ki nastopajo pri doseganju poslovnih učinkov. V praktičnem delu so prikazane ponudbene cene za obravnavani objekt. Po predstavitvi in opisu objekta, naloga poda pripravo popisa del s predizmerami, ki je določen na podlagi projektne dokumentacije. Postopek pridobitve ponudbene cene prikazujemo na primeru zidanja zidu debeline 20 cm z modularno opeko v apneno cementni malti, kjer so najprej prikazani izračuni predanaliz cene za glavne materiale franko gradbišče, notranje prevoze, mokro mešanico ter amortizacijo. Na osnovi dobljenih rezultatov je bila izdelana glavna analiza cene. Celotni ponudbeni predračun smo izdelali s pomočjo programske opreme BLIST. Prikazani rezultati kažejo, da je BLIST primerno orodje za hitrejšo izdelavo ponudbenega predračuna.
