This graduation thesis presents the historical facts in the field of regulation of land use and land consolidation, current legislation and the progress of the implementation process of land consolidation in Slovenia and Germany. Emphasis is placed on the progress of implementation of land consolidation procedure in both countries, since the primary purpose of this graduation thesis is presentation of the benefits and weaknesses of the procedure by comparing the legislation of both countries. |

V diplomski nalogi so predstavljena zgodovinska dejstva s področja urejanja zemljišč in komasacije, aktualna zakonodaja ter potek izvedbe postopka komasacije v Sloveniji in Nemčiji. Poudarek je na poteku izvedbe komasacijskega postopka v obeh državah, saj je osnovni namen naloge predstavitev prednosti in slabosti v postopku na podlagi primerjave zakonodaje obeh držav. |
