Secondary title: Optimization of the Višnjica watercourse by the containment of the wastewater to the sewage system
Secondary abstract: The thesis describes design of stormwater tanks with overflow according to German guidelines ATV-A 128E in terms of protecting stream Višnjica. The task is roughly consists of three parts. The introduction describes the area in question. It presents the problem of rapidly growing settlement Ivančna Gorica and the existing sewer system. More detailed are described the local streams and their pollution. In the central part are presented the German ATV guidelines. These standards describe the design of stormwater tanks with overflow in the combined wastewater. Described are stormwater overflows and stormwater tanks, their work and connection to the system. Presented is a program SWMM (Storm Water Management Model), which is intended for single event or long-term simulations of runoff. In the final part, as a practical example, is given calculation of retention volumes for the three tanks with the help of the German guidelines ATV and program SWMM. These retention volumes would serve for storing of the first wave of pollution, which occurs at the beginning of the rainfall event after a long dry period. First flush must be fully covered and brought to a treatment center. The existing sewerage system does not have holding facilities and relieves waste water in the watercourse Višnjica. For all three stormwater tanks with overflow was also made a conceptual design and placement in detail. At the end are given approximate cost analysis.

Abstract (ePrints): V diplomskem delu je opisano dimenzioniranje zadrževalnih bazenov po nemških smernicah ATV A -128E z vidika varovanja vodotoka Višnjica. Naloga je v grobem sestavljena iz treh delov. V uvodnem delu je opisano obravnavano območje. Predstavljena je problematika hitro rastočega naselja Ivančna Gorica in obstoječi kanalizacijski sistem. Bolj podrobno so opisani tamkajšnji vodotoki in njihovo onesnaženje. V osrednjem delu so predstavljene nemške smernice ATV. Ti standardi opisujejo dimenzioniranje zadrževalnih bazenov v mešanem kanalizacijskem sistemu. Opisani so zadrževalni bazeni in razbremenilniki, njihovo delovanje in priključevanje v sistem. Predstavljen je tudi program SWMM (Storm Water Management Model), ki je namenjen dolgoročnemu ali kratkoročnemu dimenzioniranju odtoka. V zaključnem delu je, kot praktičen primer, podan izračun zadrževalnih prostornin treh zadrževalnih bazenov s pomočjo nemških smernic ATV in programa SWMM. Te zadrževalne prostornine bi služile za skladiščenje prvega vala onesnaženja, ki se pojavi na začetku padavinskega dogodka po daljšem sušnem obdobju. Pri val onesnaženja je potrebno v celoti zajeti in pripeljati v čistilno napravo. Sedanji kanalizacijski sistem še nima zadrževalnih objektov, zato se razbremenjena odpadna voda razbremenjuje v potok Višnjica. Za vse tri bazene je narejen tudi idejni načrt in umestitev v prostor. Na koncu je podan aproksimativni preračun stroškov.
